Dr Sigman gives engaging evidence-based talks on different aspects of wellbeing for corporate organisations and conferences as well as family and parenting related talks to parent/family networks in companies.

Wellbeing subjects cover subjects such as Protecting mental health; Stress management; Managing screen time and digital distraction; Drug and alcohol misuse; Addictions; Weight and fitness; and Hybrid and remote working. Dr Sigman began his career as the HR health and wellbeing columnist for the CIPD journal Personnel Management and has given a keynote address at a CIPD annual conference and a Masterclass at their Psychology at Work Conference. British Airways featured his stress management channel Well-Being in the Air for four years. He has travelled abroad extensively and is able to connect with a multinational audience.

Dr Sigman publishes peer-reviewed papers, parliamentary reports and books on many of the subjects he gives talks on. He is a Chartered Biologist, Fellow of the Royal Society of Biology, Chartered Psychologist, Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, a Chartered Scientist awarded by the Science Council and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine. He is also a peer reviewer for the Nature science journal Scientific Reports, the medical journals Preventive Medicine, BMC Public Health, Acta Paediatrica, and Nature research journal Pediatric Research among others. He is a Member of the Cross-Party Parliamentary Group on a Fit and Healthy Childhood serving as a contributing author to five recent Parliamentary Group reports on mental health.
